The ideal candidate will be skilled in wet finishing and have experience doing forms, curbing, paving and slabs.
Responsibilities:
Operate multiple pieces of construction tools & machinery used to level and smooth the surface of concrete.
Ability to shovel cement and other materials into portable cement mixers; and mix, pour, and spread concrete.
Ability to smooth and finish freshly poured cement or concrete, using floats, trowels, screeds, or powered cement finishing tools.
Consistently produce quality workmanship and good housekeeping as judged by Company standards, Owners and site Inspectors.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ensure and adhere to company safety and personnel policies.
Able to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, lift overhead, work at heights, walk/work in rough terrain to access equipment, tools, materials, and jobsite in order to complete work.
Behave with integrity and in a manner that is professional, legal, ethical, and consistent.
