Sales Representative
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the first line of support, providing outstanding customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships
· Customer Engagement: Engage extensively with customers over the phone to generate rental leads and assist with their business needs.
· Responsibilities will include increasing the company’s market share by prospecting new business (equipment rental and supply needs) while servicing and growing existing accounts.
· Tracking and following up on existing quotes.
· Assisting with project execution tasks such as answering questions about administration, delivery, or invoicing.
· Work sales counter as needed.
· Maintains a safe work environment.
· Performs job functions safely at all times.
· Commit to continuous learning and development, particularly in the rental market.
· Other duties assigned as needed.
Requirements:
· Sales Experience.
· Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
· Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
· Knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred
· Ability to deal with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· The highest ethical standards including honesty, integrity and dedication.
· Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
