Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of refrigeration technicians on construction sites.
Coordinate and schedule project tasks to meet deadlines.
Install commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, and HVAC units.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success.
Mentor and train junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial HVAC-HVAC/R experience.
Correct Certifications and other relevant licenses.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Or aptitude to learn this quickly.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
