We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a HVAC Service Technician.
Requirements:
•Able to perform maintenance and detailed troubleshooting of commercial HVAC equipment including but not limited to Packaged RTU’s, large split systems, VRF systems, cooling towers, air cooled chillers, Variable Frequency Drives, pumps & motors.
•Basic understanding, operation, and navigation of common Building Automation Systems, (i.e. Trane, Honeywell, JCI etc.)
•Familiar with different manufacturers’ service software for VRF systems (i.e. Mitsubishi, Daikin, Sanyo, Toshiba, Fujitsu etc.)
•Self-motivated and able to work with limited guidance from management.
•Fill out service tickets and time sheets electronically (iPad) and send via email
•Travel may be necessary during peak seasons between Huntsville & Birmingham.
Additional Requirements:
· Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening
· Ability to pass MVR check
· Ability to pass a physical ability test
