Requirements:
2–3 years of steel erection foreman experience
Ability to read and interpret construction and structural steel drawings
Experience leading a crew safely and efficiently
Knowledge of steel erection methods and jobsite safety
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily steel erection activities
Read and follow construction plans and specifications
Coordinate with project managers and field crews
Ensure quality workmanship and OSHA safety compliance
Keep projects on schedule
