LOG Construction is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our growing team on commercial, civil, site development, drainage, utility, and projects throughout Alabama and the Gulf Coast region.

Equipment Experience Preferred:

Excavators
Dozers
Wheel Loaders
Skid Steers
Compactors
Off-Road Haul Trucks

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience
Ability to read grade stakes and plans is a plus
Experience with site work, storm drainage, utilities, and earthwork preferred
Valid driver’s license required
CDL is a plus but not required
Must be dependable, safety-minded, and willing to work as part of a team
