While Comfort Systems USA Mid South currently operates as an independent operating entity with our parent company Comfort Systems USA, it was originally established in 1963 as H&M Plumbing Company and focused primarily on multi-family projects. The company expanded its operations to include more mainstream mechanical projects in markets such as Healthcare, Education, Retail, and Office Buildings. Comfort Systems USA purchased H&M Plumbing Company in 1998, when it became H&M Mechanical, Inc. In 2016, H&M Mechanical, Inc merged with Capital Refrigeration, another Comfort Systems USA Company and, in 2018, officially changed its name to Comfort Systems USA Mid South, Inc. We provide customers with high-performance mechanical systems and services along with delivering high-quality work at reasonable costs. The majority of our projects are with repeat customers using collaborative, innovative and team approach processes.
