Facility Maintenance Technician
Must have a clean background check, clean driving record, and must be drug free.
This position requires employees to be on-call 24/7.
Responsibilities Include:
- Being at work on time, every day.
- Perform daily inspections of the entire property/facility.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building HVAC systems and equipment.
- Identify non-HVAC issues and arrange for the necessary repair work by third party contractors.
- First point of contact to respond to after hour/emergency calls and address property manager concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean Facility and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Required Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with property management to address their concerns and needs.
- Ability to complete work orders on a timely basis.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC, plumbing, and electrical problems.
- Ability to Perform minor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and work with our Service Department staff to develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and materials used in building maintenance.
Must follow company safety policies and procedures
Ability to handle physical workload
Valid driver license
Must be Drug free
